PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND PRICING
All sales are subject to product availability. We may limit or cancel the quantities offered on the website, or as part of the sales process, to allow for responsible inventory management and for our products to be available for everyone who needs it. Prices are subject to change at our discretion, but we’re always looking for ways to offer better pricing and higher quality.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
This policy is limited to one return or exchange per customer. All products carry a 14-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any product, simply return the unused portion of the product. If we receive a returned product within 14 days of sale, we will issue a full refund. We do not refund based on taste or smell of product. And we do not refund if product is less than 80% remaining – the returned product may be tested to ensure nothing was added to refill or add to the original product. Only purchases up to $125.00 qualify for a refund. In the event of an exchange, we will either refund or charge the difference in the amount of the exchanged products. If your product was purchased through an AgroTerra, Ltd. / Patriot Hemp Company retailer or distributor, you must return the product to the original purchase location for any return or exchange. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.
No coupon or discount code shall be valid for longer than 30 days from point of issue or posting, nor will any coupons or discounts be combined.
SHIPPING AND PACKAGES
General Shipping Information: Orders are shipped only after receipt of full payment. We ship most orders via U.S. Postal Service First Class mail, which generally results in delivery within 4 to 6 business days. We only ship domestically, no international/overseas order at this time. Our customers can be assured that any carrier we use for shipping will be able to track their packages through the carrier website and tracking services. We are not responsible for shipping carrier non-performance/delivery resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, such as acts of government or nature. We currently ship to the United States. Lost Package: If the courier service reports your shipment was delivered to the address you specified when placing your order, yet claiming shipment to be undelivered, AgroTerra, Ltd. / Patriot Hemp Company is not responsible and you must deal directly with the courier to satisfy your claim. The courier service may reach us at our customer service contact info below and we’ll be happy to work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Wrong Address: If you provide an incorrect shipping address upon placing your order, and the shipment is sent to that incorrect address, then the customer is responsible for all costs incurred with replacing and reshipping that order. We will re-ship the product once we receive the original package and product. We are not responsible for any claims of damage to the package or product for wrong or incorrect address issues.
Damage due to freight or shipping: All shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our facility. Upon receipt of your order, please check product shipment carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 48 hours of receiving product. Receipt of product shipment shall be determined by the date/time stamp delivery marked by the shipping carrier, and the date/time stamp marked by your email shall determine your notification of claim of damage. If we are not notified by email within this 48-hour policy at [email protected] it is expressly understood and agreed by you, that the package and products were received in good and acceptable condition. Please include a detailed description and photos of the damages to the package and/or product.
